In case of hardcopy products, delivery to some markets may be delayed due to local carriers and other formalities.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

 

Due to the type of information provided in our reports, RNCOS usually does not accept returns of reports once dispatched. In case, should a report qualify for return, we will issue a credit, minus shipping charges, of equal value to the original purchase price, toward a future purchase no refunds.
