Subscriptions to Mobile phone increased from 34,000 to 9.992 million, as said by National Communications Authority. As of subscriptions, figures show T-Mobile's market share was almost same at 44.86% at the end of Feb as against January’s 44.89%, Pannon’s market share dipped from 33.67% in January to 33.62% in February, whereas Vodafone increased from 21.44% to 21.52%.

The country’s operators are increasing their efforts to ensure the introduction of sophisticated network technologies, along with encouragement of 3G services and improve the ratio of contract subscribers to prepaid customers”.
